because the clans have now originated from out of clan cats and warrior blood is pretty much nonexistant, all your clan characters need to have out of clan blood. cats under 12 moons can be born into the clan but those above it would have been brought back to the forest by the original four leaders. those cats in tribes would have been there for almost fifteen years and their heritage and way of life is completely set in stone.
your cat won't believe in starclan if they want, but most of the cats do, since starclan was who brought them together in the first place.
currently, our blood purists are shadowclan, and they will not take out of clan cats who were not originally in the reborn clan. those seeking to join shadowclan must be one of the originals who rebuilt it or an apprentice born into the clan.
